Important: This fee is non-refundable. It covers the professional search and application service, not the outcome. If no super is found, you receive written ATO confirmation.

Scope of Service

LeTaxReturn (Yann Kerello, Registered Tax Agent) agrees to provide the following services in relation to your Departing Australia Superannuation Payment (DASP) claim:

  • Search and verify your superannuation entitlements via the ATO online intermediary system
  • Review of your DASP eligibility based on visa type and departure status
  • DASP application assistance for identified super funds (one super fund)
  • Guidance through the ATO process from start to finish
  • Written ATO confirmation provided regardless of outcome

Important — Please Read

This service covers the professional work of searching, verifying and processing your DASP claim — not the outcome. In most cases, super is found and recovered. However, if no superannuation is identified (because your employer did not contribute, the balance was absorbed by fund fees, or the entitlement was previously claimed), you will receive written ATO confirmation as official documentation. The fee is non-refundable as professional services are rendered regardless of result. Yann Kerello will always communicate findings honestly and promptly.

Fee

The fee for this service is $99 AUD, payable prior to commencement of work. This covers the professional search, verification and DASP application service (one super fund). It does not include the ATO DASP withholding tax, which is set by the Australian Government and deducted directly from your super payment.

  • Notify LeTaxReturn of any changes to your circumstances

All information you provide is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except as required by law or the ATO.

Step 5 of 5 — Authority to Act

Authorise me to act.

This allows me to communicate with your super fund and the ATO on your behalf.

Authority to Act

I authorise Yann Kerello of LeTaxReturn (Registered Tax Agent) to act as my tax agent in relation to my Departing Australia Superannuation Payment (DASP) claim, including:

  • Communicating with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on my behalf
  • Communicating with my superannuation fund on my behalf
  • Preparing and submitting my DASP application
  • Accessing information held by the ATO relating to my superannuation

This authority is limited to the DASP claim process only and covers one superannuation fund as agreed in the Engagement Letter.
